1. Add your videos
Place MP4, MOV, MKV, AVI, or WebM files in a watched folder, or add them through GEM AI Workstation.

2. Confirm the import
Open the media library and make sure the video appears with its real local file details.

3. Generate clip candidates
Create candidate ranges connected to real timestamps in the source video.

4. Review and decide
Preview each candidate, approve or reject it, mark it maybe, or adjust its start and end times.

5. Export approved clips
Exported clips and supporting files are saved locally under GEM_Output/Approved_Clips/.

6. Prepare for publishing
Review the clip, caption draft, checklist, and any risk warnings before uploading it yourself. GEM AI Workstation does not auto-post.
